Refund policy

Welcome to Discountmakeup (glossiar.shop). We are dedicated to providing you with premium Glossier beauty and skincare products, including After Baume, Balm Dotcom, Balm + Line Duo, makeup, body care, fragrances, and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your beauty or skincare item must be unused, unopened, with all original seals and packaging intact, and in the same condition that you received it. Due to hygiene and skin health standards, opened, tested, or used skincare and makeup products are generally non-returnable unless defective.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
